Brew Guide
Use 1 tsp (2.5 g) per 200 ml water at 95°C. Steep 2.5–3 min. Serve without milk for the floral note, or with milk for a classic morning brew.

Brew Guide
Boil 200 ml water with 1 heaped tsp (4 g) for 2 min. Add 100 ml full-fat milk. Simmer 2–3 more minutes. Sweeten to taste.

Boil 200 ml water with 1 heaped tsp (5 g). Add milk (ratio 1:4 tea:milk). Boil 1 more minute. A street-stall brew at home.
